Meet Felix: an unconventional entrepreneur, magician, and master of making memorable experiences!
With a background in electronic engineering and a master's degree in innovation, I have built my career at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and experience design. My entrepreneurial journey began early, when I started buying and renting out video games as a student, an experience that sparked my passion for building and developing new ideas.
Over the years, I have launched and led multiple ventures across technology, corporate innovation, and the creative industries. I founded a full-service tattoo studio, integrating dermatology, fashion, and design, before shifting my focus to the startup ecosystem. My expertise in innovation management has allowed me to work with technology startups, SMEs, and multinational corporations, supporting them in developing growth strategies, launching new products, and scaling operations.

360 Innovation Lab
I started as Head of Innovation before taking over as Managing Director at 360 Innovation Lab — an innovation consultancy with an incubator designed to take ideas from a post-it note to realization and scale, plus an accelerator for startup investments.
Aside from crafting the service portfolio and building the company, I personally spearheaded ventures that made over combined 8 figures within the first 24 months. The company featured a physical Makerspace equipped with 3D printing, CNC machines, and more to reinforce hands-on innovation and rapid prototyping.
To expand our global reach, we opened an Innovation Lab and coworking space in the heart of San Francisco, building bridges internationally and connecting European startups with Silicon Valley opportunities.

Today, I lead VULPINE (Austria & US), a company specializing in high-tech product development and innovation strategy. Working with research institutions and industry partners, we explore emerging technologies across multiple sectors.
Beyond technology and startups, together with my business partner Adam Wilber, I have built a globally recognized magic production company, where we invent, develop, and distribute professional magic effects for magicians and hobbyists worldwide.
My work has involved designing and launching 12 original magic effects, selling high six-figure volumes per unit, and maintaining a 4.9-star customer rating with zero product returns — a business I successfully exited after scaling it to an international level.

StartUp Burgenland
I helped design, launch, and run the StartUp Burgenland accelerator from the very beginning. On behalf of the state government, we drive the market introduction of key innovations in strategically relevant future sectors.
Through targeted scouting, individualized support, tailored financing, and coordinated rollouts, we support promising startup projects with high societal and economic impact. Our focus areas are Healthcare & Care as well as Energy — resulting in numerous successful pilot programs and sustainable market launches.
In 2021, we opened the StartUp Center in Güssing as the central hub for startups, founders, and academic spin-offs in Burgenland. The program provides EUR 10,000 grants plus up to EUR 400,000 in growth capital through the VC fund Athena. StartUp Burgenland is the youngest AplusB member — part of Austria's nationwide network for high-tech startups.
